The Nebraska Food for Health Center, launched in September 2016, brings together faculty researchers from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, the University of Nebraska Medical Center and the University of Nebraska at Omaha to tie gastrointestinal and biomedical research to agriculture, plant and animal breeding and genetics. We're looking to add talented researchers to our team in a variety of different areas.

The NFHC places a high value on training the next generation of researchers, food scientists, agronomists, public health workers, and entrepreneurs. There are multiple routes of entry into NFHC member laboratories.
