Save the date for the Agriculture & Health Summit - Cultivating Gut Health at the Crossroads of Food & Medicine

The inaugural Food for Health Agriculture & Health Summit is going virtual!!  Mark your calendars for October 11th – 13th, 2021!  The Nebraska Food for Health Center is presenting a three-day conference that will bring together a unique combination of researchers, industry leaders and thought leaders from the biomedical and agricultural sectors for important conversations about the future of human health. The event, which will use an online platform allowing for lots of conversation and interaction, will provide a rare opportunity for individuals with diverse areas of expertise to discuss opportunities and challenges in mitigating disease risk via the gut microbiome and to strategize about working toward solutions in nutrition and medicine.  Confirmed speakers for the event include Bruce German, Professor at UC Davis; Daniel Merenstein, Professor of Family Medicine at Georgetown University; Yolanda Sanz, project coordinator of My New Gut; Vince Young, Professor at University of Michigan, just to name a few.  Event registration opens Spring 2021.
