Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Nutritional/Clinical Epidemiology

This position will develop a high-impact research program using population-based study to define factors that influence diet-microbiome interactions, and how such factors affect disease predisposition. This is one of multiple positions currently open with the Nebraska Food for Health Center to build research expertise in this area across the University of Nebraska campuses

Dr. Levan's research interests include:  genomic medicine, genetic epidemiology, gene by environment interactions in COPD and asthma, functional genomic studies, and genetic and epigenetic influences of pathogen colonization in the lung.
